Etihad Credit lets you hold multiple vouchers in one account and spend them on flights and extras with Etihad Airways.

How does Etihad Credit work?

If you've opted for a refund or are entitled to compensation, you'll receive a voucher via email. Add the voucher to your own Etihad Credit account to pay for flights or extras, or gift it to someone else.
To redeem your voucher, follow the steps below.

Create an Etihad Credit account and add your voucher using the voucher number and pin - this will be emailed to you.

Choose Etihad Credit as your form of payment when you check out on etihad.com or when you call us.

Pay the total amount with your voucher or combine it with your preferred payment card.

Log back into your Etihad Credit account at any time to check your balance, add vouchers and see your transaction history.

You can also edit your personal details and request a new account PIN.

If you haven’t received your refund in 45 business days, first contact your bank. If you don’t receive your refund after that, please call us

We’ll simply credit the amount back to your Etihad Credit account. The validity of your original voucher will apply.
