Nagoya Airport (NGO) sits on its own island about 22 miles (35 kilometres) south of Nagoya City. A train runs from the airport every half an hour and it takes about 40 minutes to reach Nagoya Station. You can also take a bus from the airport to the city – this takes about 45 minutes.
