- In case miles are not credited to your Etihad Guest account within a period of 40 days, you can raise a request to guest@etihadguest.com for transactions within six (6) months of purchase. Please submit your membership number with the proof of purchase (receipt) made with your app linked Visa card issued in the UAE. The registration/linking the card date of your Visa card must be prior the date of purchase.
- All transactions and activities made via the Etihad Guest Miles on the Go programme are subject to the Miles on the Go’s terms and conditions.
