Moscow’s St Basil’s Cathedral is a stunning testament to Russian architecture, and the Jakarta History Museum is symbolic of the old colonial style buildings that are dotted around the city. Inspired by the Dam Palace in Amsterdam, this building was built by the Dutch in 1710 and was originally used as a city hall. The fascinating Wayang Museum and the Fine Art and Ceramic Museum are also nearby.
