Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is located 25 miles north-west of Milan. Book a transfer with Etihad before you fly and a car will be waiting for you in arrivals when you land. It takes about 50 minutes to reach the city centre.
You can also take the Malpensa Express train which frequently runs from the airport to central Milan.
What is the weather like in Milan?
Summers are hot and humid in Milan, while winters are cooler. July is the hottest month, with average temperatures of 25°C. Bring warmer clothing if you visit in January, which has an average temperature of 3°C.
