If you booked with Etihad Airways using a credit card, enter your booking reference below to check whether you’re eligible for a refund. Otherwise, call us or your travel agent for more information.
Your refund amount depends on your fare type and whether you’ve flown any part of your journey. Fees and charges may apply.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings with Etihad Airways.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund up to four hours before your flight, otherwise a no-show fee will be applied. If you’re eligible, find out how to request a refund below or in our modification guide.
We'll let you know if your flight is canceled or changed. You'll receive an email and notification in your registered email address.

Departure time is changed by 30 minutes or more
Arrival is delayed by over an hour

We’ll simply credit the amount back to your Etihad Credit account. The validity of your original voucher will apply.
