Our fares

• When you make changes to your booking, a change fee applies to each segment of your journey
• Refunds are subject to fees and the rules of the fare you booked for each segment
• Some airport or government taxes are refundable
• If you’ve already changed your ticket, the fare rules of the originally purchased ticket apply
• Fees will be waived in the unfortunate event of death of a passenger or immediate family member, subject to you providing official documentation
• A Guest Service Fee will apply to any changes or refunds made through the Etihad Contact Centre
• Date changes and cancellation policies vary by route and are shown at the time of booking
• If you’ve booked a GuestSeats, you may be charged the fare difference in Etihad Guest Miles

For even more flexibility, you can book a different fare type for each leg of your journey. That means you can choose to pay for extras when you need them, and save money when you don’t.

If you need to change or cancel your flights, the most restrictive rules will apply for your entire journey.

The fare rules of your ticket will always apply. That means that if you’re flying with a partner airline, their fare rules will apply.

The easiest way to check what fare you have purchased and what’s included is by entering your booking details at Manage my booking.

Your ticket won’t be impacted, and the same fare inclusions still apply. You can see exactly what’s included with your ticket by entering your flight details at etihad.com/manage. 

In the unfortunate event that we have to reschedule your flight and issue you with a new ticket, the original fare inclusions will still apply. 

However, if you need to change your booking, any re-issued tickets will be subject to our new fares.
