To claim your free hotel stay, enter your booking details at etihad.com/manage, then follow the instructions to complete your stopover. 
If you booked your flight through our contact centre, please call or chat with us to book your hotel. 
Remember to book your hotel at least three days before your flight to Abu Dhabi and make sure you have a pre-arranged UAE visa or are eligible for a visa on arrival. Flights booked through a travel agent are not eligible. 

Yes! Taxis are reliable and easy to get, and they’re reasonably priced. Uber is also available in most places in Abu Dhabi, or there’s a complimentary shuttle service between major areas across the city.  

Zayed International Airport is located less than 20 minutes from Yas Island – the entertainment capital of Abu Dhabi – and about 30 minutes from the city centre and major attractions like the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
