Before you book a flight, you must follow the steps below. When your student ID or official acceptance letter has been verified, you’ll be eligible to save up to 10% off flights with Etihad Airways.

Submit a valid Student ID from an accredited school or university of higher education, or an official acceptance letter. Documents must be submitted in English, or be accompanied by an official English translation.
When we receive your documents, we’ll verify that all your information is accurate. Then, we’ll either reach out for further details or you’ll receive a welcome email from us.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email after five working days, please email eservices@etihad.ae.
Please do not try to sign up multiple times. If you create duplicates, it will delay the verification process and prevent you from accessing your discount.
You only need to get your ID verified once.

It's possible that your verification was unsuccessful because the documents you submitted didn't meet our requirements.
Make sure your documents were issued within the last three months and clearly show your first and last name, the name of your university and match the information you provided in the student verification form.

If you’re eligible for our student offer, you can book and fly with us as many times as you like until 30 June 2025.
The amount of baggage you can bring with you depends on the fare you’ve booked. Enter your flight details at etihad.com/manage to check your baggage allowance.
If you need to bring extra baggage, you’ll save up to 65% when you book online up to 30 days before your flight.
The quickest way to make changes to your flight is to enter your flight details at etihad.com/manage. Fees may apply, subject to the fare type you booked.

You should see a form where you can enter your details and upload your documents.
