Credit and debit cards

Accepted for flights departing from all countries.

If you're flying from Russia, only Russian bank cards are accepted at the airport. Cash and international bank cards issued outside of Russia will not be accepted.

Pay in instalments with Visa or Mastercard

Book your flight in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Egypt and spread the cost with monthly instalments. Eligibility is determined by your bank, and minimum transaction amounts or fees may apply.

JCB credit

Accepted for flights departing from certain countries.

Carte Bancaire

Accepted for flights departing from France.

China Union Pay

Accepted for flights departing from China and Hong Kong.

Ensure your China-issued debit or credit card is registered for online banking before payment.

Korean Local Cards

Korean domestic credit cards are accepted for flights departing from South Korea, including BC card, Hyundai Card, Shinhan Card, Lotte Card, Samsung Card, and more.

Real-time online banking accepted for flights departing from United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Czech Republic, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.

Steps to pay:

Select “Pay by Bank” as the payment method
Select your Country and bank
Log in with your online banking details and confirm your payment
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to the Etihad Airways booking confirmation page

Steps to pay:

Make sure you have an online banking account with ABN Amro, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, SNS Regio Bank, ING, Triodos, Knab, or Van Lanschot Bank
Select “iDeal” as the payment method
Select your bank
Authorise the payment
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to the Etihad Airways booking confirmation page

Accepted for flights departing from Austria, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.

Steps to pay:

Select Sofort Überweisung/Banking as payment method
Select the country and choose your bank
Log in with your online banking details
Enter your TAN – this can only be entered once
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to the Etihad Airways booking confirmation page

Etihad's collaboration with FlexPay, will enable travelers in the U.S. and Canada to spread the cost of their flights over time, making premium travel more accessible. This Buy Now, pay later option aligns with Etihad's commitment to offering seamless and customer centric travel experiences.

Steps to pay:

Select "FlexPay" as your payment method at checkout.
Choose your preferred installment plan.
Enter your payment details and confirm your first installment.
Once confirmed, you will receive a schedule for the remaining payments, and your booking will be secured.

Accepted for flights departing from Belgium, France and Italy.

Offline bank transfer can be completed through online banking, at a bank, cash deposit or wire transfer. For international transfers, bank charges will always apply. For domestic transfers, additional costs may be charged by your bank. These charges should be paid in addition to the total amount shown. Please verify the exact charges with your bank before you make the transfer.

Steps to pay:

Select “Bank transfer” as the payment method in the payment page.
The bank account details needed to complete the payment will be given to you on the Etihad confirmation page and will also be emailed to you. The account holder name will be Ingenico ePayments.
Complete the payment by transferring funds to the bank account.
Include the payment reference so that your payment can be matched to your reservation.
Ingenico ePayments, who is authorized to collect payment on behalf of Etihad Airways, will process the payment.
Your ticket(s) will be issued and sent to you by Etihad Airways once payment is received from Ingenico ePayments. Please note that it may take up to 5 banking days before your payment is received.

Etihad Credit account is an online platform that lets you add, store and spend Etihad vouchers, track your balance and see your transaction history.

Use your Etihad Credit account to pay for flights and extras when you book at etihad.com/etihadcredit or by calling our contact centre.
