It's possible that your verification was unsuccessful because the documents you submitted didn't meet our requirements.
Make sure your documents were issued within the last three months and clearly show your first and last name, the name of your university and match the information you provided in the student verification form.
Documents must be submitted in English, or be accompanied by an official English translation.
