Etihad Shuttle

Did you know that we offer a free shuttle service to help you travel conveniently between Zayed International Airport, Dubai, and Al Ain? Just remember to book your Etihad Shuttle when you book your flight. You can find our schedules and drop-off/pick-up locations below.

How to book

You can easily book your Etihad Shuttle when you book your flight. Call us or talk to your local travel agent to book.

If you’ve already booked your Etihad flight, unfortunately, you won’t be able to add a shuttle to an existing booking. We’re working on improving this booking process and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Pick-up and drop-off locations

From Zayed International Airport

When you land in Abu Dhabi, follow the signs to Etihad Shuttle after clearing customs. Etihad Shuttle buses are located at the lower level of arrivals.

To and from Dubai

The Dubai pick-up and drop-off location is at the Al Wasl Centre, behind the Safestway Supermarket’s Sheikh Zayed Road entrance. Al Wasl Centre is located in the heart of Dubai and close to the city's major attractions. The trip takes about 75 minutes.

To and from Al Ain

The journey between Zayed International Airport and Al Ain takes about 90 minutes. The Etihad Shuttle will drop off and pick up in the city centre of Al Ain.

More about Etihad Shuttle service

- Etihad Shuttle can be sold in conjunction with Etihad Airways operated flights and can be used by guests:
  
  Flying with Etihad Airways on Etihad Airways operated flight.
  
  Flying on an OAL marketed flight, operated by Etihad Airways
- Etihad Shuttle services are available to and from Zayed International Airport to Dubai and Al Ain.
- Etihad Shuttle must be booked 24 hours prior to travel.
- Guests without a confirmed shuttle reservation will not be eligible to use the service. Bookings made within 24 hours from flight departure will not be confirmed.
- The Etihad Shuttle service is not available for Unaccompanied Minors (UM). Guests with medical conditions or reduced mobility may not be permitted to use the Etihad Shuttle service.
- The Etihad Shuttle services are provided by third-party service providers who assume responsibility for all trips in terms of insurance and liabilities governing them.
- Please ensure a minimum connecting time of two and a half hours to connect to departures from Zayed International Airport.
- The Etihad Shuttle service can only be used by travellers who have a corresponding arriving or departing flight from Zayed International Airport on the same day - the service cannot be used on any other day under any circumstances.
- The Etihad Shuttle service is not available for use with complimentary and discounted tickets (ID, AD etc).

- Etihad Shuttle services may be affected by adverse weather conditions, and may be delayed or cancelled following directives from the government.
- If you are required to use alternative transport, you should arrange this at your own cost.
- Etihad will not be liable if you miss your flight due to these last-minute changes.
- Etihad Shuttle services are provided by contracted third party suppliers. Etihad Airways shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, nor for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. In particular, Etihad has no liability for loss, personal injury or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services unless such loss, personal injury or death is / are caused solely by Etihad Airways’ negligence.
