The quickest and easiest way to make a request for your flight is to visit etihad.com/manage. Enter your flight details then let us know what you need. You can also request things like wheelchairs there too. If you have any questions or you’d prefer to speak to us about your request, you can use our online chat feature or call us.
You’re eligible to book a complimentary Etihad Chauffeur if you’re flying in The Residence or First Class, or on a Business Class Comfort or Deluxe fare.
Make sure to book at least 12 hours in advance.
