Then simply drop your bags when you arrive at the airport. If you’re flying from Abu Dhabi, use the automated self-service bag drops, or head to an online check-in desk at worldwide airports.
Remember to remove all bag tags and stickers that may have been left on your bag from previous trips.

You may not always be eligible to check in online for your flight. For example, if you’ve made a special assistance request or you’re travelling with one of our partner airlines.
If that’s the case, simply make your way to the airport as normal and we’ll be happy to help you at any of our check-in desks.
In some instances, we’re unable to issue you with a boarding pass. This may be because digital boarding passes aren’t accepted at the airport you’re travelling, you’re travelling with a pet, or we need to check your visa or travel documents at the airport.
If you’re unable to download your boarding pass, we’ll be happy to help you at any of our check-in desks at the airport.
Digital boarding passes are accepted in most of our worldwide airports, though not all of them.
As of November 2023, digital boarding passes are not accepted in airports in the following destinations:
There are a few things you can try. First, increase the brightness on your device. Or if you’re using your boarding pass from your Google or Apple Wallet, try downloading the attachment again from the email and using it as a normal file instead.
If your digital boarding pass still won’t work, just let one of our team know and we’ll be happy to help or issue you with a paper boarding pass.
