Etihad Chauffeur is a premium, complimentary chauffeur service available between Zayed International Airport and your home or hotel in the UAE. If you’re eligible, book at least 12 hours in advance and your car will be waiting for you whenever you’re ready.

Who is eligible?

You can book an Etihad Chauffeur for free if you’re travelling on an Etihad-operated flight in The Residence or First, or on a Business Comfort or Deluxe ticket. You may also be eligible for the service based on your Etihad Guest Tier Status and chosen Custom Benefits. Log in to check your available benefits.

Book before you fly

Book your chauffeur at least 12 hours before your flight to or from Abu Dhabi to ensure your car is ready when you land.

Please provide all requested details, including your phone number, address, city code and pick-up time. We'll send you an email when your chauffeur has been booked.

How it works

Flying from Abu Dhabi

You’ll receive a call or SMS 12 hours before your flight with an assigned pick-up time. Your driver will wait for a maximum of 25 minutes.

Arriving in Abu Dhabi

Collect your bags and head to baggage belt 10. You’ll meet your driver at the Etihad Chauffeur reception next to this baggage belt.

Stopping over in Abu Dhabi

Etihad Chauffeur is not available for transit or stopover bookings in Abu Dhabi.

Change of plans?

To reschedule or cancel your booking, visit etihad.com/manage or contact us at least 12 hours before your flight. If you don’t cancel, you cannot rebook a chauffeur for the same ticket. If you booked with a travel agent, please contact them directly.

Etihad Chauffeur is available for Etihad-operated flights only.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, head to etihad.com/manage to rearrange your Etihad Chauffeur booking.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, your booking will be automatically updated. We’ll send you confirmation of your new pick-up time.
