Yes, to make a claim, there must be a difference of at least USD 20 or the equivalent in the local currency between the fare on etihad.com and the fare on a third-party website.

You’ll need to complete all fields in the claims form and attach photo evidence through a screenshot of the third-party fare. The screenshot must show all flight details, including passengers, dates, taxes, currency and fares, as well as company logo, date and time.
If your claim is approved, we'll send you a voucher by email. The voucher is valid for 12 months and the expiry date will be shown in the email. To use your voucher, click the link in the email or go to etihad.com/manage/etihad-credit. Login to your Etihad Credit account. (Please create one if you don't have one yet.) Then add the voucher number and pin. When booking, select Etihad Credit at the checkout to use your available credit.
