Etihad Airways offer a number of optional products and services for an additional fee. These fees are summarised below.
At many airports and in the US and Canada, Etihad no longer accepts cash payments. You can only make payments using a credit, debit or payment card. If you do not have a credit, debit or payment card, please check with our airport staff to find out what third-party options are available at the airport for purchasing a payment card. Please make sure to allow extra time at the airport for this.

Pay for excess baggage quickly and easily online up to 30 hours before your flight. Visit Manage my booking and get up to 20% off our standard rates. You can also add excess baggage when you check in online, available up to one hour before your flight, or when you check in at the airport. All excess baggage payments are non-refundable.
Carrying items that are larger than our standard baggage dimensions? If your items weigh no more than your maximum baggage allowance, you’ll just be charged an oversized baggage fee each way of your flight. Individual items weighing more than 32kg or with any single dimension exceeding 300cm will not be accepted.

Our Unaccompanied Minor service is available for children aged 5 to 17 years old.
Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years can travel with our Unaccompanied Minor service for free when they fly on a normal adult fare.
Children aged 12 to 17 are permitted to travel on their own adult ticket, though you may prefer to pay to use our Unaccompanied Minor service. This service costs US $100 each way on direct flights or US $150 each way for journeys that involve connecting flights.
