What to expect on your Wamos flight

By partnering with trusted airlines like Wamos, we can keep you better connected with limited disruptions to our schedules. And, most importantly, you can still look forward to a great flight.

 

Before you fly
  • Check in online as usual or through the Etihad Airways app
  • Use our state-of-the-art lounges if you’re eligible

 

Seats and bags
  • If you’ve picked a seat, we’ll automatically re-assign you a similar one
  • Emergency exit seats and Bulkhead seats are available
  • Extra legroom seats are not available
  • Infant bassinets are available to request at etihad.com/manage (subject to availability)
  • In Business, recline your seat to a fully-flat bed
  • USB charging ports are available at your seat in Business only
  • Your baggage allowance will stay the same

 

Food and drink
  • Pick from a choice of complimentary food and drink in Economy
  • In Business, choose from our extensive a la carte menu whenever you’re hungry

 

Comfort and convenience
  • An Etihad Airways cabin crew member will be available on each flight to assist with any queries
  • Each aircraft has dedicated prayer areas
  • Wamos aircraft are equipped with accessible toilets

 

Entertainment and connectivity
  • Watch films and TV with inflight entertainment*
  • Wi-Fi is not available

 

 

Etihad Guest Miles

 
  • Earn and redeem Etihad Guest Miles as usual

 

 

Ticket changes

 
  • Normal fare conditions apply

 

 

*Inflight entertainment is provided by Wamos.

Frequently asked questions

We’ll let you know by email if your flight is operated by Wamos. You’ll be able to check when you book your flight or at etihad.com/manage if you’ve already booked.

An Etihad Airways ambassador will be on board to assist Wamos crew during the flight.

Whether you can change your flight or not, as well as the fees to do so, depends on the fare you’ve booked. Check our fare rules.

If you’ve booked a Business Comfort or Deluxe fare, you’re eligible to book an Etihad Chauffeur. This service is still available if your flight is operated by Wamos.

Yes! If you’re eligible, we look forward to welcoming you to our airport lounge as usual.

If your flight is operated by Wamos Air, pets are permitted to travel in Economy only. Pets must be placed under the seat in front of you – you cannot purchase an additional seat for your pet on a Wamos flight.

If you’re travelling with a trained service animal, falcons, cats or dogs, you must submit a booking form at least seven days in advance.
