Frankfurt holidays are a gateway to stunning architecture both old and new, fascinating cultural sites and an array of contemporary attractions in one of Europe’s financial powerhouses.

This is one of Germany’s biggest, liveliest and most varied cities and there is always something to see and do, whatever the time of year.

Begin your explorations in the old town – Altstadt – home to medieval buildings, cobblestoned streets and the famed Römerberg Square.

Step inside historic St Paul’s Church to admire the colourful stained-glass windows before trying out one of the neighbourhood’s cosy cafes.

Innenstadt is filled with designer boutiques, while bohemian Nordend boasts beautiful buildings and lush parks. Get back to nature at the leafy Palmengarten botanical garden or gaze out over the city’s glittering skyline from the Main Tower.
