Frequently asked questions

If you are an Etihad Guest member, you can enjoy a free Chat package for the duration of your flight. In addition, all First and Etihad Guest Platinum members will receive complimentary Wi-Fi on board. All other guests are required to purchase Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi is available on all aircraft, with the exception of our A320 and A321 aircraft.

 

You can request a special meal when booking your ticket online, through manage your booking, or by contacting your local travel agent. If you're flying with one of our partner airlines, please reach out to them directly to arrange your special meal.
