If you left something behind on your flight to Abu Dhabi, please complete our lost and found form above and we’ll do our best to help you find it.
Any items that have not been claimed after 15 days will be handed over to the local authorities at Zayed international Airport.
For all other flights, please get in touch with the baggage services team at the airport that you landed in.
Etihad Airways is not liable for the loss of personal items left on board our aircraft or in our airport lounges.

Zayed Internaltional Airport
If you left something behind in an Etihad Airways lounge in Zayed Airport in Abu Dhabi, please complete our lost and found form above. For anywhere else in Zayed Airport, including security screening points, immigration, at a gate or any other lounge, you’ll need to get in touch with Zayed Airport.
Any items that have not been claimed after 15 days will be handed over to the local authorities at Zayed International Airport.
All other airports
If you’ve left something behind at one of our global airports, please contact the lost property team at that airport.
Lost Duty Free items will be handed over to Customs and cannot be retrieved through the Lost and Found process.
Please let us know that your baggage has not arrived before you leave the airport. We’ll give you a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), which you’ll need to track your bags, to organise a delivery or to make a claim in the future. Track your bags
