With the launch of Al Watani as our Sourcing & Procurement local content programme, we deliver on our commitment to the development and sustainability of businesses and communities in the UAE.
Through this programme, the Group will deepen its partnership and support to companies providing goods and services within the country.
Companies must be certified as Al Watani partners in order to benefit from the initiative. Following their application and fulfilment of the below criteria at a minimum, suppliers will receive a Diamond or Gold partner certificate:
Once approved and certified, partners participating in competitive tenders will receive a technical score for fulfilling the Al Watani criteria. The certification will be valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
