How do I get from the airport to Jeddah?
The airport is around 40 minutes drive from central Jeddah. Pre-book an airport transfer with Etihad before you fly and a driver will be waiting for you in arrivals.
You can also hail a taxi from outside the arrivals gate, or catch a bus. There are several services that run via the airport regularly.
Is Jeddah easy to get around?
In Jeddah, the most popular form of public transport is a taxi – there are limited public transport options. Taxi fares are generally lower in Saudi Arabia than in many other countries. Make sure you agree on a price before you travel as Jeddah taxis have no meters. There is a bus system connecting major cities such as Riyadh, Dammam and Mecca.
